By accessing or using our psychological coaching and training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We provide evidence-based psychological coaching, therapy support, team development programs, leadership training, and organizational well-being consulting. Services are delivered by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable professional standards.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency mental health care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (e.g., 115 in Pakistan or local emergency numbers) or visit your nearest emergency facility.
Our psychologists and coaches maintain professional boundaries at all times. Services are provided strictly within the scope of the agreed engagement and applicable professional codes of conduct.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using our services. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.
You agree not to misuse our platform or services, attempt to access unauthorized data, harass or harm practitioners or other users, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
You agree to attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
Service fees are as stated in your service agreement or as displayed on our platform. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Organizations are billed according to the agreed contract terms, which may include monthly retainers, per-session fees, or program packages. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds for individual sessions are available if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Program packages are subject to the refund policy outlined in your specific service agreement.
While our practitioners are highly qualified, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from psychological coaching or therapy. Mental health services involve inherent uncertainties, and results vary by individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of our services.
You may terminate your service agreement at any time by providing written notice, subject to the notice periods and financial obligations in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in harmful or abusive behavior toward our practitioners, or if continuing the service would be clinically inappropriate.
Upon termination, your right to access our platform ceases. We will retain your records for the period required by professional standards and applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
